The Llanegwad website is sponsored by ARTdesigns and is run on a non-profit-making basis. After several years on line it has become one of the largest privately owned sites of its type in the UK. Around 3,500,000 have visited the site since it first appeared on-line.
The site is not allied to any Ethnic, Racial or Political group and all are invited to submit material for inclusion [see Terms & Conditions] It is the policy of the site owner to publish such material providing it is of a general nature and is legally acceptable.

Llanegwad is not well known in Wales, almost unknown outside of Wales and even Wales itself is often regarded as a part of England. It is hoped that the Llanegwad Website will bring a greater awareness of the area and provide facts and information useful to both casual browser and potential visitor.
It has to be said though that most enquiries come from outside the area and there is almost nothing received from sources within Llanegwad. This makes it difficult to add new content and keep the site interesting.
Many requests relate to the Parish Records, from people trying to trace ancestors. Searches have in the past been conducted at no cost but due to the increasing number of enquiries this facility has been withdrawn. A CD containing the Parish Records and other information about the Parish is available for purchase. Contact ARTdesigns for details.
